Most park models are a wood box on a trailer frame. Ours is an all-steel structure on a permanently integrated custom steel chassis, framed, finished and inspected by our own full-time craftsmen in Florence, Colorado. Even the cabinetry is built in our shop.
RVIA certification requires ANSI A119.5. We build well past it, to the most recent residential codes used for site-built homes: IRC, IMC, IFGC, IPC and IECC. Every cabin is rated for a 90 PSF snow load and 120+ MPH wind. A 140 PSF snow load upgrade is available for sites above 10,500 ft or wherever local loads exceed 90 PSF. The exterior envelope is Class A fire-rated: James Hardie fiber cement siding over a fire-rated insulated panel, a steel roof with no soffits, Class A decking, and a steel structure that won't burn. The 10-year full-unit warranty covers the structure, roof and exterior, insulation, plumbing, electrical, heating and cooling, interior finishes and our factory installation. Mytikas Steel
We roll-form recycled American steel in our Florence, Colorado factory. The structure beneath your cabin is made by the same team that builds and finishes it.
Steel is also a business of its own. Mytikas Steel supplies builders, developers and steel yards with framing members, wall panels, floor systems and roof trusses, from stock profiles or made to your plans.
